Drain Express Sewer & Drain Cleaning Experts, Inc. was founded by Ronnie C. Parsons Sr., a veteran of the United States Marine Corps in 1986. After retiring in 2021, one of his two sons, Ryan Parsons took the reins and continued to operate their full-service plumbing company in Charlotte and the surrounding communities. Serving both commercial and residential customers, we are committed to offering our customers honest, professional and quality workmanship. Ryan began working the business with his dad during his 12th grade year at South Point High School in Belmont and went full time immediately after graduating in 2002. He holds his NC P1 license and has been a certified backflow tester since 2006.

Colt is Ryan's son and is an upcoming freshman in high school at Cramerton Christian Academy in Cramerton. He helps his dad on some weekend jobs and works 3 days a week during his summer break. He enjoys working and is saving money to buy a car soon.

Ronnie Parsons

Ronnie is a Marine Corps veteran, like his father. After leaving the Corps in 2005, he began his full-time career as a law enforcement officer. He is currently a sergeant with a local agency. He also holds his NC P1 plumbing license.
